  1. This is something that has been discussed and it sounds like the guardian AC DPS might be more like your cup of tea.
  2. I guess that makes sense, but it still seems lower than it should be. I watched the damage and the main hand normally hits for 1160 and then there's another 160 damage from offhand. 1800 if it crits on the main hand. I'm level 40 and performed this test on a prowling ice cat, 38 strong mob in Hoth. I made sure I had 5 stacks of juyo form up, which should give about 1500 - 1700 with the stacks. Armor should take some of it away, but it shouldn't make THAT much of a different I wouldn't think, as theres also my bonus damage to go into account. I also saw this same behavior on weak / normal mobs. Even with the off-hand, its consistently hitting for a combined 300 less than the tooltip says it is. At the moment I have about 168 bonus damage from STR and Power. What it almost looks like its doing is it's not taking the juyo form buff into account and just hitting for the base amount, which is 1239 - 1421 at level 40. That would add up better to the numbers I'm seeing right now.
  3. I haven't seen this talked about before, but I just got merciless slash at 40 and notice it hits a considerable less than what it claims to hit for in the tool tip. With 5 stacks of Juyo form it says it will hit for at least 1500 roughly, when it's more like 1000 - 1200 at the most. Am I missing something?
  4. Anyone who says that shouldn't be making group / raid decisions.. Be thankful you didn't get invited. Waste of time dealing with fails like that.

The content was technically there, but the raids were bugged to all hell and completely not finishable within the first 6-8 months of release, and even then, bugs were still there that were annoying to encounter after a year. So they may as well of left the content out until it was actually playable 8 months after release. Check the patch notes for a reference.
  6. Exactly, sharding should be the worst-case scenario.
  7. +1 to this.. Remove the shards already. There is no need for it past Nar Shaddaa. It KILLS the MMO feel to the game.
  8. That makes sense, but were there ever really THAT many people in the zone to matter? Looking at Tatooine, it looks like a pretty large zone, and really don't see the need for it period.
  9. I play Republic on Black Vulkars and just got to Tatooine. Right now there are 29 people in Tatooine...and there's still 2 different shards for this planet? What gives? I understand the need for shards early on with overpopulation, but there is absolutely no need for this right now.
  10. Bioware makes the worlds large and people whine that they have to travel across it...They make it small, people whine because the worlds too small and not massive.. /shrug. Keep them large.
  11. I'm starting to see a trend with people claiming that because they have a companion, this forces them to solo content. You need to understand that you don't have to have your companion out. If you'd rather group content and keep the difficulty up, dismiss your companion and invite some players to a group. Bioware is simply giving you the option. This gives solo players the option to solo content if they choose, but does NOT force you into doing so. You make that choice on your own. And for the instanced zones, as I understand it, they go away after the first two worlds.
  12. Yes, that makes sense. Accept something because you don't understand it... No no, you're right. And like others said already, they got 50 because they skipped the actual content of the game. If thats what you want to do, then sure, go for it. Whatever you determine as "fun"...Means nothing to me. I'm having a blast going through the content, personally.
  13. 50 seems like a pretty fair limit. Honestly surprised its not smaller.
  14. He should of called customer service the day he had this problem, not e-mailed them. They can help resolve 100% of the issues you're explaining.
