I suppose "A game that works" or "Fixing a broken quest chain" is a pretty ridiculous demand, isnt it? Good lord, what was I thinking for sending in a ticket for a broken mission!?

Hmm, how about I googled fixes for an hour for my mission, ran around in game trying to fix it, sent in a ticket and waited 24 hours, got told nothing could be done for me so I came here to say that it's quite ridiculous that their player base is being told that they can only fix story missions. But no please keep being condescending, it truly suits you and I value your points MORE when you act like a total knob.

I highly doubt Im going to be sending another ticket or anything, I dont feel like wasting my time with it for them to tell me theres nothing they can do. But I appreciate it. And in response to DOH, thats just it, why should I just shrug it off and move on? Im paying for their service, this isnt an optional part of the game like an extra game mode like GSF or something. It isnt me getting something I didnt want from one of their Cartel Packs. This is me trying to complete the base game and Im being told theres nothing they can do to fix something thats broken? I wasnt expecting this to fix anything but I wanted to voice my opinion, so I did.

I just ran into what seems like a common bug while questing on Corellia where the mission "Industrial Collapse" bugs out and you cant complete it. I tried every step I could finally resulting in me dropping the quest and trying to pick it back up only to find out that Im unable to. I sent in a ticket and waited 24 hours for a response only to essentially be told "Eh, it's not important. We only fix class missions". What kind of lazy response is this? Your game BROKE. Your quest bugged out through no fault of my own, I wanted to see the story line through to the end MYSELF. Not look up a video or something, or have to level another character just to see one quest line. Before anyone says it, no, I dont care if I can skip it. Im already level 50, I dont care if I can rush my class missions. This is unacceptable, when something breaks in game you're suppose to fix it. Thats the job you all were given. It's not entitlement, it's not raging over nothing. You have something in game that doesnt work, and you choose to do nothing about it. I dont know why Im surprised though, Im still seeing problems that have plagued the game since launch. Such as crashing during Esseles and Black Talon. This is just unacceptable, if other games can restore/fix broken quests why cant you?
