How? They limit it by telling retailers they can't sell/ship before the 20th. If I had the copy in my hand last week it would not have let me play. There is absolutely no harm in letting people pick them up/buy them and have them in their hands in advance.

I would have done digital but could not since I went to get the CE. At the time I ordered I had limited options on who was selling them.

Best Buy is telling me they shipping it out on the 20th and it will arrive the 21st with next day delivery.

There were talks about Grace Period just a few days ago from Bioware, are there any updates on this?

I recall seeing a thread before they wiped the board where Greg or Ray said they were still looking at a grace period. Currently my copies will arrive on the 21st. My fault for ordering a CE I guess. Still wanted to see if there was an update.
