I'm having the same prob and I'm running a core i7 and 2 months ago installed a GTX 960 I have deleted bitraiders (?) lowered graphic settings sent support an email and they gave me links to check my drivers,bio's, etc. and its all good on my end according to these links. I constantly have freezing up it doesn't matter what I'm doing or where I'm at. I even did a re-install and its the same. I just recently re-subbed and this is getting really frustrating. Thanks.

OK my settings button is greyed out when I click on the gears and then when I log in and go under my name the settings word is greyed out there also I think I will just try a re-install...whoops wait I went in the task manager and there was three little bitraid or whatever you call em icons and I ended those little suckers and hey it went through to the play button!!! Again thanks guys for the help!!! Awesome!!!

Hello re-subbed last night played my lvl 20 merc then this morn tried to log on and the title (Stuck on Initializing) is all I get. Is this a simple fix by re-installing (under statement) or should I contact support...asking here first because wondering if this happens a lot? Thanks. p.s. I just saw an error it says application has encountered an unspecified error. Please try this patch again. But again I played it last night sooo... p.s.s. Or how do I try patch again??? I have ex'd out and logged back in all morning.
