no, the cd removal only applies to lightning charge's discharge. it will not reset the cd on your surging charge discharge.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#200Mc0cZozZfMfRr0krfz.1 use this build. you dont need the extra endurance in the darkness tree, you do need parisitism in madness to keep yourself alive longer/help ur healers creeping terror doesn't do a ton of dmg, but it is increased by your talents, takes the death field 10 stack debuff dot into effect (although you generally want to line up your insta-cast crushing darkness with the death field debuff to maximize its potential), and is a stun that works outside of the resolve bar in pvp, its quite useful.

one does about 153 internal dmg and the other is....lemme log on my assassin and look it up.... 72+ end equip: damaging attacks have a 30% change to deal 208 additional energy dmg to the target. it has 4.5 sec ICD and is shared with similiar dmg dealing effects, ie. you cant use 2 of these types of relics. i have yet to obtain the internal dmg one, but this one seems nice. theres a tanking one that dropped for us on HM last night, it seemed nice, and a healing one that seemed kinda garbage. note, mine is a normal mode relic (HM version is 224dmg), i imagine the dmg is slightly higher on hm, but i have yet to see one drop, mainly cause this game hates me, lol.

dont set it to Master Loot, HM KP tends to bug out chest wise when using ML and you tend to see tier gear missing at times, lol.

ya, we got a Dessler Turbo from Karaga HM last night, so it might be that the Dessler series of mounts (which, imo look pretty kickass, lol) are reserved to HM/NM.

/shrug i guess im lucky cause i play on a 37 inch LED, but as madness i do find these new changes a bit annoying, although they look kinda better graphically? idk, lol, glancing down at my bottom left spot above my action bar to see buffs isnt all that difficult, i however take for granted of above said tv and playing with a razor naga for a bit over a year now, so i guess im just more used to it? idk, im not a "pro" by any means, lol. cant we "speak out" about our squishiness in operations or something more useful to our QoL? =P

depends, if you go deception tree for an assassin, then yes, it plays a bit like a rogue. if you go the madness tree in assassin is plays dead on like an unholy deathknight (dots, death and decay, dmg buffs/debuffs to watch, etc). more rogue like? operative, concealment spec more fun? not sure, my mains a 50 madness assassin, and im lvling a concealment op, lol both are pretty fun and serve their purposes.

ya, my mains a madness assassin (i like tough rotations, heh), and im lvling a concealment op for pvp/pve (alt ops and such), so this is good info to hear. i like being the underdog, and felt i always did best as one (had played a top ranked unholy dk for years), so i feel it presents more of a challenge with these so called "nerfs", im interested to see the outcome after i finish off these last 16 lvls or so left.

you have to let the south side (or, as you walk up to the chest, the right side) "complete" their puzzle first each time, so if they have 3 turns and you have 2, you have to wait for them to finish that third turn in order to finish your side. if you do that each time, you wont have any bug issues and you'll get your free loot just fine.

2 set tier gives us regen from saber strikes, and should be used as often as you need to regen when other abilities arent available or on cd, since we dont get force regen like deception. unless im missin something, lol.
