  1. BioWare should be ashamed. Update on my issue... Granted Early Access after several days. Never received the level 60 character and two additional character slots. Opened second ticket on 10/26 and still no update.
  2. Feel free to read through my thread. You may be having same problem. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=842701 Short story, I did everything right to have early access but still don't have access and CS cannot commit to even a 24 hour turn around at this point.
  3. Answer is NO. And I have contacted them four times by phone today. The first two couldn't understand the difference between PDT and GMT. The third promised I would have access in a "couple hours". The fourth who I called four hours after the third, said I should have it by tomorrow which he claimed was still "early". So almost 10 hours later, I still have no access.
  4. And I can confirm that I was subscribe for each of those rewards. CS also confirmed after 3 calls and lengthy discussion regarding the difference between PDT and GMT.

  6. Good to know. I went to fleet bolster and was shocked... I didn't think of queuing but glad to know that the results are different. Hopefully we will have some good information on Bolster soon.
  7. Finally good news. CS now recognizes the issue I described above and is taking steps to grant me access. I wish I had the name of the first two CS reps I spoke with who were certain I was wrong.
  8. It sounds like that might address my issue but when I re-log I do not have access. I guess another hour on hold with CS is in the works for me again.
  9. Thanks. I have spent several hours on hold with CS this morning with no luck. Was disconnected during the first call which was very frustrating. I am guessing anyone who subscribed during that 7 hour windows is having the same problem.
  10. To qualify for the Knights of the Fallen Empire Subscriber Rewards, the account must be in a Subscriber status as of 11:59PM PDT//6:59AM GMT on the date listed by the reward. The above is in reference for early access. For the individual rewards the status were posted at 11:59PM PDT.
  11. Did you qualify for all days? If so, you should be fine. I think the question in the air is if the companion that was extended is using the original date, or the correct date. I did qualify for all the days. CS is saying that I did not qualify for the first reward because they are showing August 11th at 12:22AM GMT. CS has confirmed that I qualified for the other 3 rewards. My point is that August 11th at 12:22AM GMT is August 10th at 5:22PM PDT and should qualify. I assume anyone in the 7 hour time frame from August 10th at 5PM PDT to August 10th 11:59PM PDT are having the same issue as me. Since account activity is converted to GMT.

Based on the above for the first eligibility date that would translate to: August 10th at 11:59PM PDT or August 11th at 6:59AM GMT (This is the only way to interpret the time reference above and they are identical times just stated in different time zones.) I subscribed on August 10th at 5:22 PM but since account activity is posted in GMT it is listed at 12:22AM GMT. I should have qualified for the reward and therefore the early access but I am being told that I missed this deadline. Please someone that can tell time review this post and help CS correct this error.
