Preciate the response

Hello, I have been playing since start and I would like to be able to reduce the lag. I have the following Windows 7 AMD Athlon 2 x 2 220 processor 2.80 Ghz 4.0 GB ram 64 bit operating ATI Radeon HD 5450 My question is, if I were to update my graphics card would this help? or is my computer not good enough?
