I called the number to complain and they told me to post here which additionally is not easy to find but that's another suggestion that everyone can troll at a later time. So I post here for the devs to maybe make odds better on packs and NO I did not know that you wouldn't get a guaranteed drop from the picture on a 24 back I NEVER bought a 24 pack before. So after spending 25.00 initially in deep core single packs trying to get a monocycle, I spent the 50.00 and bought the 24X and 1 super rare packs that would ENSURE I got at least one of the mounts pictured. I got a STUPID ceiling light for my stronghold?????????????????? IT WASNT EVEN ON THE PICTURE... THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING IN MY BOOK!!! I spent 50.00 for an ugly stronghold light? seriously? you guys are a rip off! I have spent a lot of money over the years as a founder in here and I have never been so furious and then the response I got from your "team that cares" sorry go post it in our forums? LOL I'm going to post it all over the internet. Way to go with your customer service. If I wanted a lamp I would buy a stronghold pack OR I would go to home depot. Idiots.

Are you guys claiming the flag at the end after you raid the treasure chest and before you leave? I just did it no problem but if you dont click on the skinny little flag pole on the upper side of the arena platform it wont complete the quest for you....

Myself and the entire guild are getting dc'd over and over tonight. started about 1130 est just happened again on Shadowlands. Earlier I also noticed things disappear when in battle. i.e. the enemy would poof and then re appear and no we aren't talking about sith.

I have played 8 hours today in pvp thats EIGHT hours..on republic side.. not ONCE did we win a match. The system is so unfair and unbalanced. Sith has all the power and they have level 50 pvp playing against level 17-30 republic. The powers and armor are so far off kilter its not fun to play this game already. I cant even complete my pvp quest. They need to fix this or they wont keep players playing and paying for this crap. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
