Thanks, Based on that I removed the Barrel from my blaster and stuck it a sniper rifle and low and behold ... Higher Damage output... just the answer i was looking for

As a Sniper... is there ANY reason skillwise to take a Sniper Rifle over a Blaster rifle ? (not interested in Stats on the weapons, they can be changed.)

No its not worth rolling an operative after rolling a sniper. its worth rolling a sniper after an operative, but not the other way round, the operative is so fundamentally flawed its a joke.

hear hear ! my operative is a 50 healer, in adequate gear. and it simply can't cope with the damage output from the easiest of hard modes... Sorcerors in Less gear can face roll Harder content. it's embarrasing to the point of rolling a sorceror to actually realise how easy it is.... if you want a challenge take an operative, but dont expect party invites for ops or HM's because people just hate you. ...its nothing to do with having something to relate to ... its because we are poor broken class that needs a collasal amount of love !

That is A Spec... I Levelled as a healer, and didnt struggle with any class missions at all, i was always 2 levels lower than recommended and it didnt seem to take any longer. I tried some of the DPS trees and found them difficult to complete misisons on, so always went back to healer. ...Parties are never short DPS go with what your comfortable with and what suits your playstyle, for me that was Healer keeping the companion alive.

Well now you do, becuase all my slots are taken up with characters level 20 or higher with a couple 50's And most of my friends are the same...

I Have hit corellia early, so now dont have kaliyo, and cant really get her back for a while as im too low to easily complete the missions. Zero Gathering available at all .... I can craft fine though ! ...its slightly annoying, but not really affecting gameplay be nice to see it fixed though so that others dont have to go through it.

And theres me the opposite end of the spectrum , cleared voss and im 44. I'm not doing ANY pvp, or flashpoints, or space missions, Is that the difference ?

we really do need separate down times for the EU and US. Granted good business acumen clearly states that you would cater for the larger population. (U.S.) but Its getting so frustrating not being able to play at all becuase of it. the middle of the day is a terrible time for such a large downtime. out of 30 days i think i'm losing about 5 or so to downtime during Peak EU hours. Perhaps you should lower the subsciption fee for EU players if your planning on giving us less playtime

Hi Bioware, I was looking at the tooltip for the legacy ingame, and it said "unlock unique character creation options" As the Legacy part of the game is taking a while, Most players now have all 8 slots taken up on their servers. so does this mean that we would be able to retrospecively Add this option to our already created characters ? I'd prefer not to have to delete characters to get these character creation options... so it would make sense as a one off to allow us to do it to already created characters. Why are some of the missions for level 50 dailies with level 43 bosses ? For Example the 2+ heroic, has level 50 Trash, up to the Boss... the Boss is level 43 Champion... noticed a couple places where the the trash is level 50 then goes to level 43. ...people aren't complaining because its easy mode, well I say make them all 50 and toughen it up !

It has no bearing on the Mission Times. i have 6000 on one, and 50 on another and they both do the same missions in precisley the same time.

Yes, its a doddle as a sorceror... guess what i'm not a Sorceror, so if your a sorceror and reading, this, stop reading it now... its easy for you. and while pulling back to the end of the tunnel would have been easier, its avoiding game mechanics, and taking advantage of the coding... or exploiting. If I can't do it properly, i'd rather not do it at all. I died lots at level 20... Gave up on Khem and used the robot.... Worked fine then. just had to be a careful .

to be honest your crazy, if you don't hammer Space Missions, PvP or heroics... Like me, (Anti PvP and i suck at the space missions so dont bother, pain in the bottom waiting for a group) you end up hitting 41 and not able to do the next missions because your too low and get hamemred. and then you hit 47 with the same. (did with me.) I was forced to PvP and do space missions to hit 50, and that isn't right. (Ran out of missions at about 48) Your overdoing the low level stuff is not a reason to have an option to Stop XP, it just means you'll blitz the areas quicker ! its in advantage not a disadvantage !

To Clarify, it won't show as a class Quest, because that is now over. but the quest First Strike, is now listed under the title Ilum.

It is fixed.... Guys, Go BACK to your ship , Check your log ,and the First Strike quest is now there...

I Did this on my own, it took ALOT of attempts. Max DPS through taking a decent companion, (Torian for me.) Choose one , Focus the other... Burn the one your one down as much as possible using interupts as and when.. and Use CARBONISE when the other one uses his cast... This bought me enough time to kill him...(As a Powertech Tech tank, in relatively RUBBISH gear at level 49.)

Worried about missing out on commendations ? ... I can't hit 50. I've run out of missions, Suck at PvP and Can't do the space missions because i'm a gimp. Questing is my life, and im stuck on 49.5...
