  1. This will do nothing to fix my server. The population is so low that this is going to make no difference whatsoever. Guess, I'm still unsubbing.
  2. Holy crap! It IS in there! Thanks so much! Now if I could just stop my camera from snapping to forward view...1 day at a time, I suppose.
  3. Also, no Diablo 3 for March. The earliest date that I've seen rumoured is April 19th. But I wouldn't put much stock in that either. But you're right. Come D3, SWTOR is going to slow to a crawl.
  4. I'm one of the unsubs with that 90 day playtime. It runs out on the 21st and I won't be back for awhile even with the Legacy addition. I'll likely spend the first few days pouring over these forums trying to see if anything actually changed. My prediction is that we'll get a buggy new WZ that we still won't be able to play because queues on a lot of servers for level 50 players takes hours. Not to mention, on the servers that do get queues, you'll all be playing Huttball and whatever this new one is, fighting against your own side 90% of the time. The Legacy system will give us emotes, vanity pets, and other useless garbage that nobody cares about. Meanwhile, UI customization will still be far less impressive than it should be. We still won't be able to abandoned 2-3 quests from every planet. Ilum will still pop 5 quests into your log that serve absolutely no purpose. PvP will remain lousy, with too many stuns and knockbacks while the cooldown for everybodies single escape still takes too long by comparison. You'll still be unable to cap objective points if you're dotted, so every gunslinger can just rotate airstrike making those points untouchable for 20 seconds even if there's nobody there defending. Space combat will still be absolutely pointless. Guild banks will allow guilds to store items for the remaining 25% of guildies that are even still playing. The hardcore base, will be almost entirely gone as the end game content is far too easy, even on Nightmare, and their progression has either ceased outright or just simply ceased to interest them. With their departure, interest in this game to anyone but the super casual will continue to dwindle. We still won't be able to turn off camera snap. Adding playable races/class combos will not entice many people at all to level another alt. Anyone seriously playing this game already has at least one 50 and several alts already going. It's not hard to level, it's just that half of your time spent doing so is while running through a spaceport till you can mount up, riding past pointless mobs over long stretches of dead space that's entirely devoid of other pc's, or staring at 5+ minute long loading screens constantly. We still won't have hi-res textures. The game will still hiccup everytime you open your inventory. Jumping will still slow you down. I could go on...There's just too much for them to fix. 1.2 will NOT be the miracle cure we are all hoping for.
  5. I understand that. It's what I do myself, and then I go back to watching the op frame healthbars and search for my target again. It's just a tedious, unnecessary step that could be easily fixed with a self-target modifier key, ie Shift or Right-Click (This being my preferred). Just another thing for them to add to the list of things that should already be in the game.
  6. There is a target self quick key. It's F1. The problem isn't the speed at which you can target yourself, the problem is the speed at which you can retarget who you were healing before. In a four man party it's less an issue. In a 16 man raid, having to hunt and peck for your original target in the worst raid frames that I've ever seen, is miserable.
  7. Thanks Mike, I suppose this will have to work for now.
  8. The problem is that focus targeting forces me to target myself which will then require me to look back down at the raid frames to switch back to my original target.
  9. I hate to say it but UI mods would've fixed this before the game ever launched. Having to wait 3+ months for such simple UI features as Target of Target, Self-Modifier keys, and an option to turn of Camera Snap is ridiculous.
  10. No, I want a modifier that maintains my current target but heals myself instead.
  11. Is there any way to simply cast spells on yourself without targeting yourself? Like, say while healing I am in the middle of casting a heal on a target and then maybe hold shift and cast on myself? I just want a modifier key, is there anyway to do this?
  12. Exactly. The game has promise, but it should never have been released in the state that it's in. If they had waited another year and pumped another 100 million into the game I really think they'd have been better off. Customer Service alone would be as simple as hiring more people. They made they're money back already, so why are we waiting weeks for an in-game ticket to get responded to? It's unacceptable. If someone gives you a really tasty looking pizza and then spits on it before they hand it over, are you still going to pay for it?
  13. Thanks. I honestly hope that more people start unsubscribing. The fixes that we need in this game just are not coming fast enough and the customer service is some of the worst that I've seen from any company ever.
  14. So, I've decided to cease playing once my current time runs out in 3 weeks. If I cancel my subscription and remove my credit card for auto-renewal, will I still be able to play my remaining time? I know that Bioware forced you to enter CC info with the first free month, so I'm curious if I can take that CC info off my account now.
