I need many many slots.
I want to try all 8 classes
I want to try all advance classes. x2 = 16
I want to try all races x 10 = 160
I want to try both male and female. x 2 = 320
I want to try all 3 trees in each class x 3 = 960
I want to go Light side and dark side and remain neutral x 3 = 2880
You adding more Cathars? That is additional 288 = 3760 slots.

Your friend bought the game on the same day they started their 'unlimited trial'?
Nah they sent themselves a trial account and paid the game. It cost them 15 dollars to say I got it first.

The level cap is probably going to be small. I would say 2-3 levels.
If Bioware does it right then any gear drops would not be better than what we have now. Maybe different looking (hopefully colors added).
Ideally a new mod slot would be better than throwing away gear. A reinforcement Mod that will add greater armor to the custom gear. So I don't see new greens dropping that are better than the gear you have at high level. But I would imagine that there would be new mods to put in your current gear. MK-7 anyone? Enhancements 23-25?

Sure, more variety is always great. So long as we can craft these new crystals.
Their aren't new crystals. Just putting two in the same light saber. This would be the only use for a red and blue not to have light side or dark side restrictions.
A blue and red would give a different shade of purple than that is already in the game.
Or it could be a way to introduce Neutral gear. The red and blue crystals together causing the neutrality.

To bad for you. These only drop for snipers and snipers always win the rolls.

I think they should come out with some new colors that will have to use two different color crystals.
This second Placement slot would be crafted by artifice (seeing how they got overlooked on augments), just like augment kits.

What gets me is they post that they are restarting the servers less than 15 minutes before they do it.
I didn't see any in game notice that the servers were going down.
And the post it in a yellow sticky titled "Lag issues" instead of "Hey we are restarting the servers in less than 15 minutes!"

This is why Bioware usually shuts down the forums when the servers are down. Everyone has to make their own thread about the servers being down. Or not back up on time. ect..ect..ect.

One complaint to many. Bioware is teaching us a lesson. These are not the servers you are logging on. Move along.

Since I transferred 1 char I was wondering was there any way for BioWare to give me my mail contents back? I'm mostly interested in the CE speeder tbh but oh well.
Since the item in question is bound to your account. I would submit a ticket and ask nicely. The worst they can do is say no.

I too bought the CE. We all agree that we would have unique appearances for our companions. Each class has 6 different companions.
I want different appearances for all my companions. Including the ships droid. Adding these I would consider regular updating. Even if it was just two appearances a month. (In my opinion they should have held back from the already dozens of created appearances for companion.
But if they institute a barber shop for characters. I hope they do it for the companions as well. That way we can chose what we want our companions to look like.

New European Union laws mean that Europeans can sell their digitally downloaded games to other people, no matter what, even the UELA can't prohibit it and no company is allowed to refuse it, it's basically a right of the user/customer.
Could this eventually mean that games like SWTOR, Mass Effect, etc... can also be resold by their owners?
I would say if this is the case and it really happens and is allowed. That said software would be just that the software and not the account nor the characters associated with the account.
There would be a purge of the account and a new account set up for the new owner. They would have the right to the original program as new a fresh install. Since the software can be downloaded free of charge from SWTOR, the only thing you are really selling is your key. (I would guard your keys closely otherwise someone might be calling Bioware and saying you sold it to them. This will bring a whole new legal matter if they eradicated your account for the new person.)

A free level 50 is a stupid idea. And if BW ever did do something like this and offered a player an instant 50. Then I hope they disable the Legacy for such a player since the legacy is tied to leveling a character and not for someones instant gratification.

Hey everyone. Get your new sink for your ship. It will allow you and your passengers to clean up after a hard day of grinding. Only 2 Million credits.
But wait if you order now we will throw in a set of towels, you only have to pay separate shipping and handling of 1/2 million credits.
Towels come in Blue, Green, Yellow and Red. If you would like Orange or Purple. That will cost an extra 1/2 million credits. Towels are made of pure shadow silk.
The sink is made of pure Desh, But for only 1 million additional credits you can get a Bronzium sink.

Read my post. I didn't choose what I wanted to queue up as, I had to tell the game what I didn't want to queue up as. That is my issue. I shouldn't have to correct the game all the time. I was even more irritated when I forgot to deselect it and ended up in a group as a healer and had to drop, which gave me a penalty for fifteen minutes where i could not queue. Stuff like that happens when the game is making decisions for you.
And read my post. It works as intended.
Most players may not be well acquainted with what roles they can cue up for. It checks the ones available for you. Even if it didn't check the ones available to you, you would have to check one.
So uncheck or check you still have to do something. What is the difference?

If the two roles were Healer or DPS you have nothing to complain about.
If it chose you to tank then there is a problem.
Healer can still DPS and a DPS can still heal though limited.
I would say it was smart by telling you the only two roles you could fulfill in the LFG tool.

Now we know why the bugs are not being fixed. promise features are getting pushed back.
If you spent as much time worrying about the current state of the game as you have with implementing all this free to pay crap, the game might be better.
So is all this free to play options going to be buggy as hell when implemented and which is going to take priory in fixing? The free to play crap or the main game content?
