Hey All
I was locked out of my account for some time because I had forgotten how I spelled one of my security answers.
So I begrudgingly called them up, fearing what people on the people on this forum say about customer support.
Heres what happened:
1. Language Prompt
2. Account/Technical/other prompt (I chose account, naturally)
3. Security/Character problems/other stuff prompt(I chose security)
4. Hacked/phished/other/CSRep (I picked CSRep)
And from there I was put in queue. I opened my phone to return some texts because I thought it'd be a hella long wait. Boy was I wrong.
I wasn't in queue for 10 seconds. So bla bla he said hello, asked for my name and email (usual stuff) and a security question. So I answered his questions and he asked what my problem was.
When I explained my predicament, he asked me what it was to verify, then he told me how I had spelled it. Simple as that.
So I don't see why everyone fusses over customer support >.> It was extremely fast and extremely helpful.
