  1. Ouch. That's some.. really displeasing feedback. I'm still appreciative of it though. I'm just really looking for a class that's balanced in both PvP and PvE and PvP they've got it good, but I'm obviously going to want to raid too -.- The only other class I would ever try going is a Sorcerer but I've been melee classes for all MMOs and ranged classes just don't seem appealing to me.
  2. Juggernaut | PvE | Viability Hey all. Another question about Juggernauts. | Juggernaut | I rolled a Juggernaut about 2 weeks ago and I have to say, love 'em. They're fun in PvP, resilient in PvE (Questing and taking on two packs of mobs) and above all, it's the right play style for me. They're a fun class and can take a good beating. | PvE | I've not actually done any Flashpoints as a Juggernaut yet as I've been main concentrating on chain questing and levelling as soon as possible before any more major patches are released. I'm currently level 30 but I was wondering, as a DPS what would be the best spec for PvE? I know my class is considered the main Tanking class, but I'd much rather not do that if I can help it. I did it for 6 years on WoW and to be quite honest, It takes the enjoyment out of PvE. I know there is a large debate about Rage vs Vengeance for PvP but I would imagine this Isn't that same as PvE? | Viability | Another thing that's quite important to know is that: Are Juggernauts viable for Raids/Flashpoints as DPSs? I know that Marurders are supposed to be the main DPSs as regards to melee because they're all damage based and if I didn't like the whole duel-wield concept, I would have rolled one but for that reason I chose Juggernauts and it wouldn't be fair if their overall damage was significantly lower then Marurders in PvE. TL;DR, Are Juggernauts good as DPS at end level Flashpoints and Operations(Raids) and if so, what would be the best spec to go?
  3. Thanks for all the feedback. After carefully reviewing all the answers, I have a clear understanding of how the Specs work. I think. Basically, Rage : Bursty damage but not as good sustained, good mobility and strong attacks. Vengence: Sustained due to DoTs and decent mobility not as strong attacks due to no Smash crits. Someone please correct me If I'm wrong. In my own oppinon, I think I would like to keeo going as Rage. I know I take a lot of damage as Rage and I'm not sure how I'm going to fix this but, I WILL try vengence a go and see what the damage and mobility is like as apose to Rage. Thanks again for all the feedback and feel free to keep posting your thoughts and tips in this post as I'm sure it's a very frequently asked question.
  4. Going a bit off topic here. I just wanted to know the OVERALL best spec for level 50s. Im leveling as Rage at the moment and doing WZs now and again, level 27. I'm liking the damage so far, but I do NOT want to to PvP as a tank. Ok, I play to win, but I want to be able to deal some awesome damage too. I just wanted to know what's factually BETTER: Rage or Vengeance?
  5. So basically, Shii-cho form and rage is the dominant PvP spec for level 50s?
  6. But what's better for PvP overall? I know I CAN switch to Vengeance, but should I? Is it an overall better PvP spec for Juggernauts?
  7. Hi So, I've recently rolled a Juggernaut and been having good fun on him. He's good at PvP for 1v1s and can usually do significant damage before dying in 2v1s. I'm only level 26 but I was just wondering, at what point should I change spec, or should I at all? I'm Rage at the moment and I can't find that 'PvP spec' that is the best for Warzones. I know people have lots of different opinions about the PvP specs, but I was looking more into going Hybrid-Dps. (Rage/Veng) - Missing out the end Tier talent in Rage and going for the Vengeance Tier 1 ability which is Shien Form. So, basically, what I'm asking for is your points and views about what would be the best End level spec for PvP and at what point/level I should Re-spec to have the most fun in PvP. I'm looking for good damage, survivability and a fun Spec to play. Thanks in advance
  8. A Light-Sided sith? Do you know how stupid that sounds?
  9. So, you'd suggest going Immortal for PvP? At end level and levelling? I know that there's a big thing about Juggernaut Dps in PvE and not being viable, but would you disagree? Or would you say that they're not a good DPS class overall?
  10. I appreciate the feedback, however, you're completely missing my question. I'm not having trouble levelling, I wanted to know more about the PvP aspect of Juggernauts. - How they work? - Are they good? - Can they sustain damage? - Is their damage out-put good? - What Form should I be using? Mostly about PvP side of the game.
  11. Thing is though, I don't like the whole 'Duel-Wielding' concept. It's nice damage from a low level and I'm sure that as you gain levels and I loved my Fury Warrior/Arms Warrior but In this, I just didn't warm to Duel-wielding. But like I said, this is the most appealing AC to me and wanted to know if it improves as I level.
  12. But how late of a bloomer? I don't want to get bored and be in constant doubt whilst levelling because I'll get to a stage where I'll just end up quitting because I'll convince myself that I'll be wasting my time.
  13. Hey all. First of all, by far, Juggernauts are my play-style for this game. What I mean by that is, I've always walked around with a Sword or 2H Axe etc. and destroyed everything. So that's why Juggernauts appeal to me so much. But I have to say, this just doesn't feel that way with this Class. OK, so I'm only level 17, but still, when I were a Scoundrel/Mercenary, I was destroying people at this level. And the biggest thing is: I don't think It's going to improve as I level up! I've seen many of YouTube videos of Sith Juggernauts that claim to be greatly experienced and yeah, they may be getting kills, but I never see them legitimately kill level 50s. I levelled two classes up to level 23. These are a Scoundrel-Scrapper & Bounty Hunter-Mercenary. They're fun don't get me wrong, however I much prefer to jump in and annihilate things. I've also given a Marurder a go as I loved Fury spec on my Warrior back on WoW. I am also more bothered about PvP at the moment HOWEVER, I will be participating in PvE at end level, so It's best to be aware of all the aspects of my class. In PvP, I'm at a loss with the correct form to use. As I am speced into Rage, I only have Shii-Cho form, and the Soresu form. And as I can imagine, getting your Form correct is one of the most important functions of my class, yet I have a brief understanding of the different situations and when I should switch. So, basically, experienced Juggernauts or people that know about them, please give me a bit of an Insight of level 50 PvP and what i can expect as I progress. TL;DR Are Sith Juggernauts worth playing and are they good at both PvP and PvE at End-Level. Thanks in Advance.
