  1. My defense chance keeps raising but I also heard it caps out a certain level? Is this true.
  2. Excuse me. There are 13 character slots? I don't have that many.
  3. No, I can buy as many as I want without opening. I currently have 18 open slots in my inventory so I can buy 18 before I have to open them... However, the fact that I can only buy one at a time is, quite frankly, unacceptable.
  4. Are you telling me I have to right click on the small credit lockbox 623 times? Is there a way to buy these in mass? Come on now.
  5. The word "troll" is thrown around way too much these days. Why is everyone "trolling"? I am being serious. And I haven't seen a single person yet tell me why this is wrong. You know that force sensitive characters should run the Star Wars universe.
  6. Good evening. I come to you tonight, with a very simple question. Why do classes have to be balanced? There is a reason why Darth Vader yanked the pistol out of Han Solo's hands from 25 feet away and told him to have a seat. There is a reason why Mace Windu decapitated Jango Fett during their epic three second duel. There is a reason why Obi Won Kenobi and Master Yoda easily defeat hundreds of Troopers at the Jedi Temple in Episode III. This reason is simple. Jedi Knights and Sith Lords are clearly the most powerful characters in the Star Wars universe. Hands down. So why does a smuggler, a Vanguard, a Bounty Hunter, etc etc have to be "balanced" and on par with my skills as a Jedi Knight. I understand that not everyone wants to wield a saber. However, this doesn't mean we need to diminish how powerful Jedi Knights and Sith Lords are. Frankly, I am inuslted by the balancing of these classes. How can we fix this? I have one solid idea. Raise the level cap to 75 for all force sensitive characters. Keep the cap at 50 for all other classes. Look Bioware. Think outside the box for a moment. It's not written in stone that classes need to be balanced in a MMORPG. Will people whine? Sure. Who cares. I'm a Jedi Knight and I want to start feeling like one.
  7. Every link I click on is only about the new flashpoint... I'd like to know what bugs were fixed...Is aquiring pvp gear still using the same system as before etc etc. I would just like to know about the "small fixes" rather than the new flashpoint. Thanks.
  8. Will completing these on level 50 mode for the first time still give me credit. For example, taral v will still allow me to do Jedi Prisoner.....on easy mode if I choose.
  9. I want to go back and complete all of these because the only one I've done was Essles. As a level 50 will I be penalizng the people in my group who are lower level? Do some flashpoints have to be completed before I can do others? If so, once I complete them once I'm good to go?
  10. We'll see about that. I'm about to write a strongly worded letter.
  11. Someone ingame was talking about server forums. I can't seem to find them?
  12. Look, this may sound crazy, but I've considered going to see a shrink about this. After not getting ANY advice here, I may just resort to that option. Gaming is a way of life for me. I take it seriously. I've lost my edge and I want to get it back. I honestly expected a little more understanding here. I mean, we're all gamers.
  13. All you people trying to tear apart my claims need to stop digging so much. I may be off on the years (it's been a long time), but my accomplishments are second to none... Anyways, we're not hear to talk about all my great exploits in other games. We're here to talk about what I should do. I'm at a crossroads.
  14. I honestly thought I could come here and we could discuss this like adults. I waited until very late to post this thread, hoping that all the teens and trolls would be asleep... I guess I was wrong.
  15. I come here looking for aid and you people proceed to insult me... Great.
  16. Good evening. Let me start out by saying that I'm not here to cause a fight. I'm here as a concerned player who may need to take a step back from this genre... First, allow me to share with you a brief glimpse of my MMORPG resume. 1995: Stormed Lord British's Castle in Ultima Online and killed the great King. This was against the rules at the time, and earned me and my entire fellowship a lifetime ban. 1998: Became the first max level in Everquest and was a household name among all who played. Was the most feared player versus player combatant on my server. 1999: Became the first level 126 in Asheron's Call, as well as the Monarch of the largest Monarchy on the PVP server, Darktide. Had 37 max level characters on random servers. 2004: Was the first player to log on to the World of Warcraft. I won some contest which granted me early access. I'll save you the details. I was also the leader of the gnome hating Guild of Cult Copperfield. I was the first max level at release as well as with each expansion. Now, onto why I'm here. I'm begining to think I'm too good at these games. The fun just isn't there anymore. I started playing two days ago and I already have a level 41 and 46. I've tried taking a step back. I've tried immersing myself in the story. I've tried to take things slow, but I just can't. It's all or nothing and part of thinks it's time for nothing. I am looking for suggestions and feedback from some veteran gamers out there. Have you ever felt like just giving it all up and moving on? I look forward to a mature discusion.
