All good points. I would first like to point out I am not playing RWZs for a high rating or rewards just to play pvp with people who invest time in it rather than the random unranked players - thats the idea anyhow
Yes I understand that the rankings could have changed and that 200 isn't that big a difference on paper (though I have done a lot of pvp - 10 toons all above valour 70 or so) but these were much better players than on our team.
I guess my point is since all 8 players were DPS and Imps why couldn't the system mix the 2 groups up putting 2 'better' players on our team and 2 of ours on to theirs. The match would have been much more competitive, the queue time would be the same and with a little bit of clever maths it would be possible to adjust everyone's rating by a fair amount at the end.
