Solved: Apparently after the first crash an instance of the zone continued to exist, but it could not be entered. It is treated like a flashpoint .. needed 3 complete flashpoint resets to work.

HI all, I just came back to SWTOR and wanted to continue the story. I am not sure what happened. I started story with discussions with Shae about raids, next story was talking to Kira/Scourge about boarding Satele's ship. Now my Purple mission show's Board Satele's ship. The story seems confusing; did story lines get mixed up? I can't launch the mission (board's satele's ship) ; it dumps me back to base. I have tried reset/restarting it. No luck? What is the fix/workaround?
