I am hearing a lot about Gore, but can't find it at my trainer or my abilities panel. How do you train this and at what level?

I should have been saying modable I guess. To say that all modable gear is the same except for appearance and mods?

Actually I have been reading some more and would it be correct to say that all adaptable gear is the same except for appearance and mods?

I am a level 12 Assassin and have some coins to spend. What is the best adaptive gear I can get right now that will carry me through the game? If such things exist.

Do you get more of a bonus for being in a rest zone when logged out or is it the same if you log out anywhere?

I forgot to mention, PvE is my focus. May PvP in endgame, but not my focus right now.
