  1. Correct, MM - the most sustainable spec. Lethality's Cull eats 30 energy and has a 9sec cooldown. U need to be in cover to get the + energy bonus. Engeneering - very big amount of burst dmg, but long cooldowns. A bit better mobility. But ur damage will be like a cariogram. IMHO, u can choose between MM & engineering. It depends upon ur playstyle. And also engineering is more oriented for defensive abilities than MM. Btw, the servers r down, and i always forget to look the difference in damage counting depending on ur basic weapon dmg. I mean, if i for example have a rifle with 400-450 dmg and a rifle with 320-380 dmg with all the other stats same will this make a difference in overall dmg excluding rifle shot (ambush, snipe etc)?
  2. I wonder what build in raid pve provides more damage. Engeneering or marksmanship? Due to ballistic shield engeneering build is much more useful for raids. Currently I have this build and it suits me. Also another question - what's the cap for accuracy? It's definitaly clear, that sniper is the highest crit dependable class and the correlation should be as folllows: crit-surge-power. But accuracy plays a huge role and knowng the cap would prevent us from slacking.
