  1. The mission Glow needs a much better description on what needs to be done to complete the mission. Either that or you need to place markers on the mini-map for where the terminals are. The mission description could at least have a picture in it showing the panels you are looking for. As it looks right now it seems like lazy game design.
  2. Directive 7 is still broken for 2 classes in the game, for months now Defend the Shipment on Ilum is still broken, for months now. There's plenty of UI bugs throughout the game, unexplained lag in certain areas, plenty of mission and AI bugs all over the place and still no addressing class imbalances. Bioware needs to learn from the developers at Trion. When there is a bug in the game, THEY FIX IT. When they launched a new raid, the last boss was bugged, so they disabled him until it was taken care of and players got credit for finishing the raid on the boss before that until it was fixed. They were careful to balance the classes in the game. They actually listen to their players. Bioware, Blizzard and CCP are all being put to shame by one of the newest game companies in the market. So Bioware, perhaps if you took your development cycle seriously and stepped it up to a professional level you could stop loosing accounts, not have to offer free weekends, and not have to give out free trials. Just a heads up because the first Star Wars MMO failed due to poor development and you are headed down the same road.
  3. Just wondering why, if my character dies, I have to wait 20 minutes for my last cool-down before I can try that boss or whatever again? At death cool-downs should reset. If it stays that way in PVP fine, but when you're questing it gets quite frustrating to have to sit around like that. The way it is now just doesn't serve any worthwhile purpose.
  4. force choke works and crush but outside of those the others don't have an effect on silvers. Now in a 1v1 scenario thats fine, but in a situation where youre against 2 or 3 you need those other snares to help control the dps from the other targets. the aoe's dont cooldown fast enough to keep doing damage on everyone, you have to focus on 1 target, at least intermittently to start taking dps out of the engagement. Those few seconds you could tie up the other baddies would make a world of difference.
  5. I agree that marauders are great for pvp and group pve, but for solo pve they could use a buff. Many of their stuns and snares don't work on stronger opponents, ie silvers and golds. Smash only stuns weaker npc's, and ravage, which is supposed to be uninterruptible is commonly interrupted by lower ranking npc's. Bosses and such, fine let it get interrupted but control effects need to work on those lower npc's.
  6. I love how all these people bragging about their marauders being awesome post screen shots of their warzone accomplishments. Oh my, you had a couple of awesome rounds! How bout you post your spec and gear? Instead of trolling everyone on how great you are, actually post something that helps other marauders play their class better. Thank you to the few that have posted something constructive and helpful such as tactics, where to put skill points and such. All the trollers, just stop posting unless you have something helpful to say.
  7. At least a couple of people went the constructive route. Nice to see, however, this mmo isn't without its share of ******* trollers.
  8. An easy tweak would be adjust the mission timer on a graduated scale based on your level, or simply let us free-fly like the old tie fighter and x-wing games.
  9. So basically what you're saying is until you are uber level enough to have ultimate upgrades you should just stick planet side and completely miss out on this part of the game. Oh my bad, its really fun to run Jabiim Escort a billion times a day.
  10. The mission timers for space missions need to either be lengthened or give us more control over how our ships are flown. That part of the game could be a much better addition to this MMO if the space missions were timed out better. Right now people are rushed far too quickly through them for the amount of time given. We spend too much time flying around in random directions instead of being able to focus on the objectives. In the cartel listening post mission for example, if I had full control of the ship I would spend less time sight seeing all the cargo containers and more time putting damage on the station targets. It's a good idea, just needs better execution.
