I've noticed that they weren't available since recent patches and thought "Hey, they might bring them back" but now that it's Christmas time, nothing. I was hoping that they'd go on sell but they have been completely removed from the CM. Any idea as to why? I have a lot of CM points and nothing to spend them on. I already have everything I want from the Maga Packs that I'll never be able to sell off fast enough.

This makes me super sad that BioWare is aware of a game breaking bug yet refuses to acknowledge it by fixing it. It's been over a week for me with no response to my ticket but my pain can't compared to the 2 to 3 weeks others have had to endure. I remember a time where if a ticket wasn't touched more than 3 days you are about to get some smack down for not managing customer's expectations. Where did that go? I do understand that BioWare probably doesn't have the number of help desk or available GMs like they used to but they should do more to manage people's expectations instead of saying crypted lines, "Oh, maybe in patch 4.0.2 it will fix it.. Maybe?" It's simply not good enough. Having been behind the desk of where many of them now sit, I know most of the ins and outs, what you can say or not but this is still disheartening. Please start managing people's expectations. Especially on tickets that are literally game breaking. It's only hurting the team and the dream.

I know 30 people playing the game but only 4 of those who left the game. One was because the UI was "too blue" (lol what?) the others said that they had invested way too much time in WoW that they just can't leave. Which I understand. I played WoW for 7 years but I've been having a blast in the game. Unless Bio does something horrific with the game (deletes a class or forces me to watch all episodes of Hanna Montana for twelve hours) I'm going to stay.

The lightsabers, space ships, and force users were better in WoW. *pushes black rimmed glasses up*
