  1. Something interesting. I logged in to check on the status of my ticket, and saw that it had a modified date of 12/22. The last time I updated my ticket was on the 18th. However, there were no CS responses of any kind. Just my previous 12/18 update to the ticket. Its still open. Maybe someone actually looked at it? Its sad that I should consider someone "just looking at the ticket" to be a major development. Its the only development. -.-

I've been updating my ticket every few days since November 24th and have never received any sort of response, not even the copy+paste reply that would infuriate me even more but would also make me feel slightly better because my ticket would have at least have been acknowledged. *sigh* I just want to finish Ziost on my guardian
  3. I went ahead and updated my original ticket... Don't give me that look. I know nothing will come of it, but it still made me feel better. But this is just downright frustrating. In the time its taken for the issue to be addressed, I've managed to raise another character from level 1 to 59, and I deem myself an incredibly casual player. While I love this new character, I would really, really, like to finish the Ziost story line on the other one. So please Bioware, just put the freakin' mission back in our logs so we can stop bothering each other.

  5. I agree with the OP. I'm loving the game, but I feel like I spent 20$ on really useless stuff. If I'd known it before hand I would have just pre-ordered normally to get the early access and been done with it.
