    As the previous poster mentions, I'm curious why I can't RE most of the armor I loot or get as quest rewards. (armormech) Are there specific requirements for what you can and can't RE?

    Kill robots, loot, then scavenge. Not all give scavenged items, but some do. You'll learn which ones do.

    What you are responding to is faulty logic. Regardless of when people pre-ordered, EGA doesn't change. There will always be the first in line, and the last. If everyone had ordered on the first day available, nothing would have changed for EGA and there would still have been a huge amount of people upset.

    Consider this. If everyone had pre-ordered on the first day, it would have changed nothing. We'd still be in this same situation, with staggered access.

    The game has launched. Servers are live. Anyone that explains differently, is just trying to argue an invalid point.

    Artificial caps to spread people out. Servers aren't full. I doubt they even feel like an MMO release.
