  1. Set gear is the most powerful gear, its a fact, best get used to it now so you arent disappointed later. You can get the same stats on a mod item as you can on a set piece, but you will never have the set bonus on that mod item, so it will always be inferior, unfortunently.
  2. it wont be, since mod gear doesnt have set bonuses, and the purple set gear does, so its basically the exact same as WoW endgame, you look exactly like anyone else in your class
  3. I dont think alot of people realize that the level 50 PVP sets and raiding sets actually have set bonuses, you cant take the mods out and put them into orange gear and be just as effective, you need to use the full 2/5 set for the bonuses. So you effectively are forced to wear the gear in order to be competitive. I just want everyone to know this and voice their opinion so bioware can change this incredible flaw to the modding system. As it stands, once you get level 50, there is ZERO point to the mod system, its effectively not even in the game anymore. EDIT: You also cannot get the same amount of expertise from a mod, as you can from the base stats of the pvp gear sets, so thats ANOTHER strike against the mod system.
  4. That would be an awesome solution, but for pvp, then what? have the mods with the set bonuses be bought with commendations? I'd love this, but bioware would actually need to be smart and implement it, which is why I made this topic. So they see the issue they have raised and work to correct it.
  5. Then you obviously arent level 50, or dont have any set gear.
  6. The whole thing they were toting with mod gear is that you could look the way you wanted, even in endgame, they specifically said that you could make mod gear equivalent to raid gear. But the fact remains you CANNOT, because you CANNOT add set bonuses to mod gear. So the whole system is a flop and a waste of time.
  7. So, like many of you, when I first got cool looking mod gear I loved it. I loved how I could make my character look how I wanted, and still function at peak efficiency. All the way from 1-50 I looked how I wanted to look and had a blast. Now that im 50 though, I've noticed that the pvp gear has set bonuses... Which leads me to believe the raid gear does also... So my question is: If the pvp and raid gear has set bonuses that cant be applied to mod gear, whats the point of mod gear at level 50? Seems like bioware wasted their time making this system when they could have added a simple appearance tab and all the issues would have been fixed...
  8. Unfortunatly im not as lucky as you are, theres no option for mobile, just physical. So im stuck here waiting >.<
  9. There is no mobile option, there is only link physical, and link physical to a 2nd account, absolutely no option for the mobile version whatsoever.
  10. Yeah, and it asks for a serial key...so...where the hell do I get that? >.<
  11. How did you set it up? Because mine is asking for a serial number, and theres no serial number that I can find on the "my account" stuff on this website
  12. Nope, I click view in itunes and it asks me if I want to go to the australian store because the product isnt in the american store, and so I click yes, and it says that my iphone cant buy apps outside america =/
  13. So when I try to get it off the app store, it says its only available in the australian store (O_o) and my iphone doesnt let me download stuff from outside the US store, can we expect a authenticator in the US app store by the 20th, or is this the way its going to stay?
  14. Explain what you assume I dont get, cause clearly you didnt read what I wrote if you think that way.
