lol give it a try. after lvl 33 full healing spec will have your character generating Upper hands scary fast with a little luck and Emergency med pack is instant, free, and about as strong as your main heal. Only requires an Upperhand

Bioware let me voice my greatest fear. I don't what scoundrel to end up like paladin in Wow. Please treat our dps trees gently. see my greatest fear is that since we are so good at healing our other trees will be nurfed or punished in compilation. we currently have one major broken tree. dirty fighting. give the skills range or remove the UH requirement. currently running a full emergency med-pack spec/infinite energy spec. 24/0/17 also p.s. upper hands should at lest stack 3 if your going to make them last only 10 seconds. i lose most to global cool down instead of actual use. also pulling double resource management duty is a pain in the butt... also fix our 1.5 cast. there should be some reason we should cast it over our main heal or Emergency med-pack. cuz its a wasted skill without some talentization.
