lol assain tanks still do good dps. granted my assain tank lvl43 but to be at the top of the leader boards with 26kills and 3 deaths i doubt thatll change at 50

muzzle fluting is middle tree talent that is supposed to reduce heat cost by 9 for power shot and tracer missle but un specced power shot says 25 heat specced it still says 25 heat.
