I did preorder. I am referring to the long queues. They knew how many people they were sending emails to and they know the server capacity. So... My point is that it is idiotic to intentionally create this mess.

If this is intentional, then they are still idiots who should be fired. Why would you intentionally p i s s off your customers?

Bioware pushed launch until this late date and they knew how many pre-order invites they were sending out and they still weren't ready? To the developers who created the game. Great job. To the idiots who didn't prepare for the volume of players. You should be fired. This is a cluster.
