    What a crybaby. I guess you feel you worked really hard for those illum bags as well ?. Did you even read the patchnotes for 1.1 ?. I dont beleive for a second that you are valor rank 57 and cry about champion gear, if you were 57 you would be pretty decked out in most parts - and you opening 24 bags in a row with nothing is not really possible to beleive either. dry your eyes, and stop making "i quit" drama posts. anyways, can i has your stuff ?
  2. Greetings. I just did Eterniy vault on Hardmode, and was lucky to get the token for the Rakata off hand weapon (Jedi Knight). I currently have Champion and tionese offhand, and when i got to the vendor to se the new Lightsaber i was astonished to see that the Rakata off hand lightsaber for Jedi knights is worse than any of the former tier lightsabers. The belew is the damage and rating of pve off hands, and it should be pretty evident that the rakata gear simply has a to low rating - so please fix that so i can bring out my new weapon . Jedi Knight weapons Tionese (Damage 284.0-426.0) 128 rating Columi (Damage 302.0-453.0) 136 rating Rakata (Damage 278.0-417.0) 126 rating
  3. The Sentinel is fine. The only thing thats really idiotic is our set bonuses on both the pve and pvp sets. Sentinels utility is what makes them stand out.
  4. I firmly beleive that watchman is the wrong way to go for levelling. The reasoning is that the majority of fights you do is standard mobs or 1 strong and 1-2 standard. you want to burst down the standard mobs fast and then take the strong one solo, watchman does not have good burst, especially compared to combat. Watchman is more viable at 50, since it excells in sustained damage, but doing having a spec based on applying 6 seconds dots on mobs you wanna kill in 2 secs makes it a pure waste. The best levelling spec is the spec that takes the 2 standard mobs down the fastest, and thats combat especially from level 33. Charge one, blade rush, zealus strike / blade rush - movs to other mob and hit with the 100% crit Blade storm that tends to oneshot the next standard mob, and then both mobs are down in less than and then you go and take down the strong mob. With watchman you can charge, apply cauterize, zealus strike and strike (and then hope that its enough for the dot) and then movs to next mob to merciless slash/strike - since you kinda have to save the overload saber for the strong mob since its your bread and butter as well as relying on cauterise is open. Combat is by far superior in levelling, and i actually beleive that focus is better as well for taking the classic one strong 2 standard spawns. /F
  5. Hey there, I have gotten 5 epic crafting patterns from Eternity Vault / karagas palace - and they drop quite frequently. The problem is actually not that they dont sell - the real problem is what they sell for compared to how many you can craft. Ive got one purple thats re'ed which means it doesnt need rare mats, and that is my best seller because i just need to get the normal mats. The operation recipes do not sell for more than the re'ed purple but you can only make 2 of those pr week - and that is if you are lucky and get both purples from Soa (endboss in eternity vault). I havent completed hardmode operation so dunno about droprate there, but the purple powercells and the biometrical alloys are both drops from endgame bosses and you never get a lot of those since the operations gets locked. Ive gotten 3 biometrical and both purple power cells from the endboss in eternity vault 2 weeks in a row which means that i have made 4 epic boe's - however they dont really sell for more than the re'ed purple i have that doesnt require the rare mats. I sell a epic craft for 90k and 125 if it has a augment slot. It might sound like a lot - but if you subtract the value of the crafting mats at their sell price on ah you get maybe a 40k profit - which means operations boe's nets you 80k pr week if you get both powercells. 80k equals 30-40 minutes of questing at level 50 - which essentially means that as long as the prices are as low, and your items arent really that great , then its simply not really worth it. If you did underworld missions a few hours and sold the mandalorian iron instead you would make more cash on 5 hours of afk gathering, than you do on one week of operations and epic crafting. So dont be a crafter to make money, but instead you can be a great guildmate providing epics to your guild. ps. i can make and sell 4-5 epic crafts a week, however my biggest moneymaker when you subtract the costs is by far a blue lvl 49 willpower light belt. /Frank
  6. hey, I got this from a guildie who got it as a world drop. It went purple on my fifth Re, and i think it rocks with the 47 extra crit. So you just have to keep watching the Ah. /Fullbeard.
  7. if you cannot see them on your trainer press "show all" on the trainers list - but odds are that you havent bought them at your synthweaving trainer.

  9. Greetings, Not used to posting on this forum, but i simply need to get this of my chest. Shortly about myself: lvl20 alt, lvl25 alt and lvl 50 main. Cleared all flashpoints on normal, a few on hard, Eternity vault cleared 8 man normal, and Karagas palace 8 man normal cleared. and now to my problem. right from the start i chose to be a Synthweaver. I spend all my money on it, and all my time on gathering for it. But the last week, have been one big major dissapointment, and i simply cannot see any reason to have any crafting skill except Biochem. We are 2 mains left in our raidgroup with a crafting skill, and everyone else has sold their crafting skill to level biochem - and the reason the last 2 arent doing it is that we feel bad due to the schematics we have gotten. I have gotten 2 purple schematics from Eternity vault. one is a wrist item, the is boe but not really that great, and the other is a heavy armor bop headpiece. Everyone who has worked on a non biochem crafting skill knows its a lot of work and majorly expensive. However after all this time, my only conclusion is that its simply not worth it. You do not make items that is even tier 1 competetive due to the illum/belsavis dailies giving higher level items than you can craft - and they dont even need the rare crafting mats from the operations. So while its "fun" for some, all you really can do is to make tier 0.5 gear - compared to orange items modded with daily quest items. On the other hand you have Biochem. It is by a million miles the best crafting profession, and its the only one that currently is viable both for pvp and for pve. So far i have refused to delete my synthweaving, but the sad truth is that there currently is no reason at all to have any other crafting skill than Biochem. I hated not having the reusables while levelling, and i hate not having the reusables now that we raid everyday. While i levelled i thought synthweaving would be all worth it once i got to lvl50 and did the operations - but again a major disapointment. To give a idea of the huge imbalance here: I used to have 400 Synthweaving, 400 archeology and 400 underworld trading. Today i have 400 Synthweaving, 400 underworld trading and i deleted archeology and took diplomacy instead. And why take diplomacy, making me unable to even craft my synthweaving stuff ?. Thats because that i make way more money on selling the biochem mats, than selling epics from synthweaving. So i keep synthweaving because i cant make myself delete it - but i also know that its stupid because currently synthweaving is just not worth it at all as i see it. Could someone please gie me any reason not to delete synthweaving and go biochem like everyone else ?. Suggestion: 1. Change all biochem reusables, so they have a effect - and having biochem enhance it. Example: Resuable healing potion. Heals you and your companion for 5000 hitpoints. (1000 if you have biochem 400). Cooldown 5 minutes (90 seconds if you have biochem 400). 2. Remove the 1 crafting skill limit - there is no reason for having it. 3. Make craftable items better. Remove Re diceroll at least from level 50 items, and instead make it a fixed number of re's that is required to go to the next tier. (10 times to go from green to blue, 10 times to go from blue to purple). All in all i need some kind of reassurance that there is some kind of viable road for crafters in this game, because i find it harder and harder to beleive. Thanks to those who read it, and i hope that someone can just give me the hope that non biochem craftingskills has a future. /Frank.
