    Got bored at fleet and ran this poor fellow through Hammer Station with my 50 inq, he looked so lost being the only one at the portal spamming for group. It made his day He got four drops from it too.

    I haven't seen anything from BW on them but I do know from personal experience, that they were the only reason I hit 50 on my sorcerer without running instances. I would assume they are designed to help peeps who just want to quest to max level. I have noticed leveling lightside on my Powertech that I have gotten alot less xp from not killing story mobs. So they will help there.
