Evolvana: Vector started having his dialogue/quests open at the beginning of Chapter 2. I want to say I had about 4k-ish+ affection at that point. Once you get through those, more open at the beginning of Chapter 3.

This thread delivers. I got a good laugh . Though, I throw myself in with the "I <3 Vector" lot. Joking aside, isn't his last name spelled Hyllus? Could have sworn the Codex listed it as such. Would be a play on a genus of spiders. /possibly more fuel to fire
