Hey guys im thinking about upgrading my computer but i dont really have the time to ever figure out how to build on myself, so i was wondering if this computer could run this game with 30-60 fps on medium to low graphics. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883103371 Any feedback would help thankyou!

With my current laptop i have to run the graphics on the lowest to get a decent 10-20 fps and i was wondering if there was anyway to change the view distance in the coding like how you could force AA? I wanna try and at least get it up to 40fps
