So did BW throttle the DL speed for this patch or should I be calling my ISP and giving them a earfull. Downloading the patch at 100 kb/s and paying for 5Mbps speed. EDIT: Just did a speed test at speedtest.net and it says im connected at 4.22Mbps (while downloading the patch in the background) so im gonna assume BW is throttling?
