Yeah could well be, but I dont know of any companion at starting levels 10-16 that has the ability and its level 16 weapon. Either way hey ho it will all become clear eventually. V.

Hi I need someone to clarify for me if Assault Cannons are Republic only. I understood that they got Assault Cannons and the Empire got Sniper Rifles. I ask because in Dromand Kass the vendor for commendations sells a very nice Assault Cannon for level 16....... Makes no sense to me, I have spent some time trying google and looking through skill trees but am lost as to an answer. Jump in and set me right please. V.
