Greetings I wrote this ticket last year (10/31/2015) relating to the Legendary Status. This is what i wrote in the ticket. HI. I bought 3 Character Token to ease up my progression towards Legendary Status, but haven´t got any credit for the complete story line and can´t go back and pick up the quest, so all i bought was 3 puppets that´s not worth a dime. the description on Character Token on cartel marked do not clarify, that when u buy a Character Token it doesn´t count towards Legendary Status, which it should. i feel deceived and i don´t think that´s legal. While the ticket was open i suddenly got the legendary status, and couldn´t find anything on the forum from Bio-Ware relating the problem. I assumed that the problem was fixed and closed the ticket (after 8 days with no response). The earliest post i could found (correct me if i´m wrong) from Bio-Ware now, is from Eric Musco 03.11.2016, and that´s a bit late in my opinion. Is it wrong of me to expect that the Character Token description should clarify that, it doesn´t counts towards Legendary Status? and since it don´t do that, i believe they only got 2 options as i see it. 1:Give people who wasted their money on Character Token the Legendary Status.(won´t be fair for the people who earned it by leveling) 2:Allow people to at least get their Cartel coins back and remove the boosted characters(that´s what i prefer) oh of cause there is a 3. option. Don´t care about people, and pretend like nothing. I have been subscribing since launch in 2011 only with some few breaks here and there, but have decided to stop my subscription because of the problem mentioned above, but also because of other problems i had, for example. I lost some items around the release of Kotfe but have only got some of them back. I´m getting the feeling that Bio-Ware don´t take people seriously and don´t care(maybe it's just me). And I do not understand why people who like to level gets better reward than people who have supported them since day 1. In my opinion, Something that got anything to do with legendary should be hard to get and you can´t say it is.(it take some time, yes. but not hard at all) sorry for any spelling and grammar flaws that may occur. Greetings I noticed the same thing, Matrix cube, Matrix shards and the blue and red crystal to the Datacron the Imperial Fleet, have disappeared after installing patch 4.0. And the Matrix cube assembler on Dromund Kaas still seems to works.
