Who still plays? From the old guilds, very few folks I recognize are still kicking around. I came back a couple weeks ago after 18+ months hiatus and realized I hadn't canceled my sub! Getting back into things, but I wanted to see where all my friends went

I like these guys - every time I've raided with them, I've been extremely pleased with the results. We even stole a couple of them (now just 1) for our raid team. @ Create/Origin - Good luck guys. Well this thread got moved into the Guild Recruitment wasteland - even though we aren't exactly recruiting for Rusty Resolve (at least, not at face value). Thanks for everyone who hit me up, and if someone happens to stumble across this dusty post - this will remain a valid appeal to people that like to raid and like to actually clear operations with the group you started with.

If you aren't in a raid group right now because you've been gone and haven't done much of 2.X-3.X content.. you're probably barking up the wrong tree - some exclusions apply. However, if you had the great fortune of experiencing the multitude of commitment issues that go along with raiding with other adults... then please read on. First off, <Rusty Resolve> probably doesn't want to recruit you. If you're anything like the countless other raiders that live and breathe group finder storymode crap and couldn't find someone to carry you through the first HM bosses, you're likely not going to be a good candidate. We're looking for a specific type of person, and here are the criteria for said individuals (if they even exist anymore): Must not suck. - Yes, I'm serious. Must be available to raid twice a week (days are going to be reset when the xpac hits) and actually want to be apart of a team. - No, this isn't a half-handed statement about togetherness - I'm talking about commitment to a team and mutual agreement to show up and communicate when you can't. Right now, Rusty is 8/10. Honestly, we'd be among the 50 (or whatever) other guilds that are 10/10 now if we could have just maintained a roster for long enough to actually progress. A lot of other guilds can probably say the same thing, but I'm especially bitter about that.. Anyway, if you're a tank, healer or dps that might be interested - send me a whisper or ingame mail. We have two teams looking for you. Oh, one more thing - a sense of humor is mandatory.

Who we are: We are a Rusty Resolve/Nemesis mashup ops group that has been raiding for quite a while now. Some of the folks in our group (including myself) have been raiding and/or playing the game since pre-launch. Our composition is as follows: Tanks: PTech/Jugg & Assassin/PTech Heals: Merc & Operative DPS: Jugg/Sniper & Mara & Sorc/Sniper Obviously, we switch things up based on the boss - this is not a requirement, that's just what we're doing at the moment. What we have accomplished so far: At the moment, we are 7/10 in HM progression. Our last two kills were HM Torque and HM Commanders. The next boss kill we are aiming for is Master/Blaster. Our schedule: Presently, we are raiding from 7PM CST/8PM EST to 10PM CST/11PM EST on Wednesday and Thursday every week. Occasionally, we will raid on Mondays at the same time, but this is not a requirement. Where you come in: We're looking for either a Merc, a Sorc or Sniper (we can't bend on this, no melee please). You have to be able to pull at least 4k or the ability to pull that much provided you have the gear. You also have to have a good attitude, and the ability to raid seriously. As a raid leader, I'm looking for someone who will follow instructions, but also think for themselves. You also will need to know the fights for some/all the content. Candidates that don't need to have every detail explained to them will stand out - however, candidates that follow instructions very well will stand out even more. What we will do for you: We will gear you up, if necessary. I will also pay for all of your repairs, but this will involve a guild swap for guild repairs (we have a guild ship, if that affects your decision). That said, this is not a requirement. Please direct all questions/concerns to in-game mail or via whisper - posting here will be fine, but might take longer for us to get in touch with each other.
