Take the 3 points out of Marksmanship and put them in Explosive Engineering and your build is fine.

Has anyone else had trouble trying to complete this quest? It's listed under "Operations" and I"m assuming it's going to tell the story line of either EV or KP. It tells you to speak to LD-402 in the hangar of the Ziost Shadow. I've been everywhere on the Ziost Shadow, and just cannot find the NPC. Any tips or pointers, or is this quest broken?
