I had same issue regarding the aoe effects, for some reason it only shows until 15-20 secs inot the fight, its not a game breaking bug but its annoying. I am currently trying to change grafical settings to see if this helps, my pc isent low spec but not high spec either.

This is how i understand the Black hole gear: Rank 146 gear will be the "Tionese" equivalent of patch 1.2 (Aka story mode) There will be higher rated gear dropped from HM raids (and later NiM). So maybe HM raid will drop 156 gear and NiM mode 160 gear. I really dont see the issue with this and should make gearing up alts and casuals easier withing destroying the "elite" feel of walking about in full "Carbonara" (my own speculative name on 160 gear since i am hungry now) It will however make Rakata gear 100% redundant.

4 man heroics are not useless! It allows me to do what a mmo actually should be about, to actually GROUP with someone. I have made my friend list thicker through doing 4 mans with randoms, but if your an unsocial git i guess the very idea of having to group up and cooperate about anything make them useless. This is the very reason why the introduction of an x-realm LFG and maybe in the future LFR will be a bad thing. I realize that its harder to get groups now that server populations are lower due to activity level and more level 50 toons, but they were never needed just a nice bonus before you move into next planet.

These post makes me laugh sometimes.... I would suggest: 1) Dont fail and fall to your death (you cant be CRed and you might set off the aoe) 2) As a tank dont loose aggro and get mindtrapped aka a fail 3) Dont kill anything inside just regain force/resource and wait for your team to free you from mindtrap. On what level does these "bugs" correspond to anything that the players themselves didnt casue?

I did a little excel sheet on that exact issue casue i was seriously unmotivated at work 1 day in January. I only did it for my own class (SIS healer) cause there was to many ppl in our raids with pvp gear claiming it was same as Columi gear. With the generic spread of stats on class sets i assume this will be roughly same spread for all classes and roles. I did not compare Battlemaster with pve gear which ofc will be diffrent Tionese vs Champion: Tionese has 2 endurence, 156 crit, 98 surge, 176 armor and 650 expertise less then champion gear. Tionese has 77 willpower 54 power and 66 alecrity more then Champion gear. This makes champion gear more or less on par with Tier 1 (tionese gear) Columi vs Champion: Columi has 650 less expertise then Champion gear. Columi has 227 endurance and 221 willpower more then Champion gear. Is Champion gear on par with Columi? The answer: Hell no and not even close, pve wise its barly a replacment for Tionese gear. With the unability to inspect the real specc of toons and no logs, i dont blame pugs/guilds for excluding people who bring pvp gear to HM operations.

The odd thing is after months of farming SOA i have yet to see 90% of the bugs described in these type of posts. Maybe its that 8 man is bugged more then 16 man i dunno, but as most of these bugs can be mitigated quite easy guess its down to a nice combination of bad tactics and poor player performance. Whining is still the world most popular activity though

Removing these titles is a great idea to make sure you can seperate those who are "Pr0" from the more casual players. /sarcasm off But removing these titles will remove some of the incentive down the line when wer in 1.2, 1.3 1.8! etc etc and we have alts/new players who needs to start to gear up to do more recent operations. So from a owner of both titles, why would we deny the more casual players (and thats most) the awsome feeling of achiving these milestone? Keep em and make new and harder ones in next patch!

This game dosent need more easier access to solo content its hard enough to get groups as it is, NO and i mean NO more incentive to solo content should be introduced. Are you an non social player who want to grind alone i suggest Skyrim, other then that get the concept of a MMO and incentives to interact.

This could also be the missile that he shots at random ppl which shouldent hit for 18k unless the person getting it dont react and move (Aka moving away lessens damage) I suspect its the cannonade to 2nd threat target thats happening, aka low threat OT or lazy dps who thinks threat reduction abilities is for other people.

It was pretty much always a 1 shot mechanism, and the only hope of reacting to it is if you get it yourself and you can remove it. Yes i have dome it myself so i know its possible. Also survived one this week by being 100% health and had a bubble, although barly. I have also gotten invisible effects on Kraggara, but its cured with resetting UI and/or exiting game. The damage from the effects are still is still shown so react to that and follow team mates who can see them. Nothing new in this

So what i heard was: I demand to NOT hear or interact tactically in a mmo game, in a situation where you really might need to. Seriously i am scared of how many people agreed on this and as a raider over many many years and heavy user of vent/mumble/ts3 i find it amazing. Now i get why so many ppl cant find groups/ops/guilds, your just downright unsocial, and i usually remove player from raids/ops who refuse such things. Voice comms has earned me many friends over the years you should try it. LFR -------> THAT WAY!
