It's rampant and not just in WZ's. It's so easy to do and nothing to stop it at this point outside of reporting the player (Which then has to be witnessed by a GM). The problem here is those players running around at lightspeed aren't the real problem. They are easily identifiable. Its the players that only slightly increase the speed of the client that will be the worst offenders. Faster channeling, faster global cooldown, etc. The list just keeps growing with cheating across the board not just pvp.

That was exactly my thought reading this thread. Yes, it is worth picking up the cunning datacrons as an addition to Aim/End/Shards. As others have said cunning does increase your tech stats.

If you look at your character tab. Power increases your "bonus damage" value. Basically all your attacks that land are boosted by this value. (including critical hits) Crit chance should be self explainitory but it is your percentage chance for an attack or heal to critical. Surge is your crit value, that is the amount of bonus damage/heal applied to a critical hit. That said, I level'd with mostly crit+surge on my bh, however power is the main bonus stat on all the pvp gear. go figure.
