  1. ***WALL-OF-TEXT ALERT!*** Theres a hardcoded keybind that opens the customer service "open ticket" menu. On my keyboard, at least, it's located right next to the button "1". The absolute basic attack hotkey that everyone and their grandmothers use all the time. Closing the menu requires double confirmation and time not available when "accidents" happen. I've stopped counting all the times it's caused my death in Warzones, and someone elses in flashpoints/operations (I tank). Customer service has stated that Bioware has no intentions whatsoever of remapping or removing the hotkey bind. In other words, they brushed us off and don't care about our problem. Do a search and you shall see. I've yet to find a post recanting this. There is no situation imaginable where I will be in such a supremely furious rush to submit a ticket that this hotkey needs to exist. Other than, of course, to spam ||||||||||||||||||| at customer service everytime my nerdrage gets the best of me (I'm only human). Alternatives are there, and require no prestige to locate. Bioware has but to remove it and there will be much joy and celebration. Cake will be had. I call for the community's support to have this issue adressed. Post your +1's if you're in accord with my grievances. I hate to be one of "those people" but this really needs to change, or my sub is VERY likely to go away. Getting the middle finger from customer service makes me hard pressed to pay their salaries. Thank you for your time!
  2. Why would a supposed investor post this crap here? This is industrial trolling at face value. If this one isn't getting paid to write this up here, then he should be paid. I know Activision'd love him on their payroll if he ain't there already. EA's never been a gamers friend. EA is actually the stark opposite of a gamers friend, if we're not counting "games are the devil"-people. Hell I nearly cried when I heard of EA's involvement. We all knew EA was bad news for BioWare and SWTOR. But this post is nothing but a sabotage attempt aimed at destabilizing the conviction of the playerbase. There are a lot of MMO's contending for your bucks, so don't be naive and think they won't play dirty to get at it. One news snippet about one mans financial concerns will not make or break EA nor SWTOR. SWTOR is the biggest potential goldmine EA ever touched on, and it'll be the last thing EA drops if only players stay in the game. Open your eyes and see this for what it is.
