I had Khem in DPS stance and I tanked her. I used a lot of kiting and LOS around the columns when my interrupts were down.

I use Ashara but she can be annoying when she leaps onto adds that I've CCed but she's no where near as bad about it as Khem.

Please tone him down a little bit. All the companions used to talk this much during beta and those guys got fixed. I guess Bioware missed a spot

Even as a Tank spec assassin I was finally able to beat her but you have to kite, LOS, use knock backs and lots of ranged attacks and interrupts. It's very important that you get out of her AOE and interrupt or KB them when possible if not, taunt her and run away and use LOS to make her come after you while Khem was still swinging away at her. I used lots of Shocks and Force Lightening and taunt swapped between myself and Khem. If you get into trouble you should vanish and reset .. I mean force cloak. WoW did have add-ons and macros support, didn't have queues but did have massive lag, overpopped areas and frequent loot bugging and SWTOR does have re-sizable raid frames. So it's just like WoW except for everything you just said.

There is no penalty for leaving the group or booting the person in question. Ninja looters will only stop ninja-looting after it becomes clear that it's not tolerated.

He's ... sort of ok but only if you spend the cash getting him some gear. Honestly though you'll want to shoot your brains out after hearing him speak about a dozen times in 5 minutes. Use Khem, he's a lot more fun to have around even if you're leveling as a tank spec. Stuff doesn't die quite as quickly but he'll die before you on very hard champions and so long as you're still alive at the end that's what counts.

You can indeed remove the crystal so long as you are willing to pay the small fee for doing it.
