In act 1 when u get the distress call from skavaks old gf, when she says "thats the man that stole ur ship and gave u all the trouble" or something like that and u respond

I redeemed my code on the day i got it , but when i go to my account it says i have to redeem my code b4 i can subscribe and such. Any idea whats that all about?
