Actually we did some tests with an "even setup" (tank+op heal+2 dps) Something like Gerikke/Larsson/Octans/Vengeant vs Roudy/Basaz/Xzarnyan/Me (also we mixed teams alot of times out there). Did about 7-8 duels, all of them were a very close and interesting. The usual 4v4 extend from 2 to 4 mins, no longer. It's all about cc's right ppl in the right time, also timing burst/cd's.

This. Also, i guess it's absolutely legal since bioware have never stated that i can't bound my "right mouse" button to "mouse wheel down" button. Nevertheless, you can always recognize a real macro, most likely that guy will grab 4 balls out of 5 or 5 out of 6; when you had 1-2 balls out of 4-5 attemps it's either mouse wheel or just a good ping. Btw i've never considered my 48ms as a good ping, but i'd believe it's still quite good.

Hmm have to admit Limitless, i like you, ******** (fu <3) Sorc/Sage: for healing Xzarnyan(so far), Vivdom, Juusto, Dhaima; for dps Gorgoz, Trs Sniper/Gunslinger: Larsson, Opg, Kevin, Bru Operative/Scoundrel: for healing Faiaar, Octans, Trs, Bru; for dps Trs, Bru Merc/Commando: Feta, Nihilas Powertech/Vanguard: Feta, Larsson, Trsk, Blaster, Harva

Depends by the number. If "3+", then Larsson, Bru, Trs. If 2 classes are enough, i'm pretty sure there are quite many players, who can play it properly with being on the top, for example G with his sniper.
