  1. Can I get a refund on this useless thing Bioware? I wouldnt have bought it if I knew it would be broken and take a month or four to fix. Thanks in advance.
  2. Yeah, I am still wondering how you will handle the weapons already turned in so that I know if I should pass on new tokens that drop in my raid to those who do not have them yet? Will you remove the mods (even out of other weapons they are placed in) and replace the turned in weapons with a token?
  3. Wow, and you have no clue about armstech. I just recently dropped armstech because the only thing people would buy for any sort of profit was the epic barrel, the rest was a waste of my time. What do you sell, for how much and how quickly, to make huge profits, Gorlough?

  8. When we first entered HM (not doing any 50 normals even) we hit enrages regularly so its probably a gear issue. Now after gearing we are almost beating the final phases of bosses, if there are any with said boss.
  9. Hi I am a Rakata weapon and I am sick, please fix me? No serious fix me or ill shoot your face with lasers.
  10. Yeah Naive, I am in the same boat. After not receiving credit for two weeks of killing Gharj on normal and heroic mode and then for each ticket the GM (stupid bot) not only denied me reimbursement the first time but the second didnt even read my ticket and sent instructions on how to claim lost items, seriously?? WoW reps gave me flack for maybe 2 requests out of 20 or so during my 7 years of play, mad props to them.
  11. xO_o that didnt address the problem AT ALL. Just shows another major problem Bioware has and that is service. They didnt even read the post, all their post acknowledges is that some items are having issues with mods, our problem is with the entire ILEVEL (again see WOW if confused customer service bot).
  12. Thats fine Fara if thats the case but freaking tell us so I can move on to something else. Instead im sitting here with a useless rakata weapon and I am passing on other items because I am hoping Bioware is cool enough to fix them soon, stupid me. I should just need on everything because I have no clue if Bioware will fix this soon.
  13. Been hours and still no reply, *** Bioware. I would get fired for having such terrible customer service so I think its only fair that you fire yours and hire some new ones. If it is your policy at fault then fire yourselves and let me take over.
  14. BIOWARE post about this issue, fixing it soon? Should we keep tokens until its fixed or will our turned in items change automatically? ***!!! This pisses me off because it was a waste of time getting this item, the best item in the game even. Reply, thanks in advance. Keep posting till they freaking notice.
  15. Pretty damn stupid to not fix top end game weapons asap. Bioware, do you know how much effort our raiders go through to get these weapons? I bet more time than it would take you to fix this Rakata weapon error for thousands of players. Fix it faster, noobs.
  16. Yeah it just means your log is full, pretty dumb message to say that though. I musta skipped 10 quests while rushing to 50 because I figured I didnt do the prequests so screw it. Must be hard to change that line of text to say "Your quest log is full".
