  1. Not sure why everyone is so focused on the one skill wonder of merc/commando when other classes aren't really that far from them. I basically have 3 characters that I play Commando, Shadow, and Sentinel. The first two I listed I have a skill on both of them I spam while keeping 2 other abilities on cooldown (for the most part I mean obviously you have your AoEs, CCs, and defensive cd's). I know first hand also that sages/sorcs have a spamable ability though I don't know how effective it is for damage or if they are just really bad for doing it. Sentinel though is a bit different since there are a few more abilities to keep on CD, but after everything is on CD and you have focus there is only one thing left to spam which you end up doing. Every class but the merc/commando have an interupt so if you aren't using yours when facing said classes on their tracer/gravs thats your fault.

I am perferctly fine with a smart healer being able to heal through one person damaging them...I have yet to run into a healer that can heal through my damage and anyone else I group with for wz's at the same time. Even a guarded healer will drop in no time with the right 2 people dps'n them AND you get to kill the tank at the same time Unless of course everyone on my server that we face is awful and all the good healers are on your server then maybe I guess you are right.
  3. Here is what I do....roll 3 dps and a tank and focus down anyone you see with a guard bubble. 2 kills for the price of one target if you ask me.
  4. We tend to run into other organized imperial groups that put up a decent fight about 20% of the time...the other 80% of the time we recieve the message "The warzone will end in 120 seconds". I'm looking forward to the "rated wz's" in hopes there will be lots of killer matches there.
  5. I enjoy the PvP in WZ's, but thats probably only because I'm full battlemaster gear/2 piece rakata and q in with 3 other people with similar gear.

I find it interesting that you are talking about merc/commando one button wonder when I dont notice that much of a difference between playing my commando or shadow Grav round spammable (interruptable)-Shadowstrike spammable (instant) Demo round CD 15 seconds-Force Breach CD 12 seconds (talented) High impact bolt CD 15 seconds-Project CD 6 seconds No way shape or form trying to say one is easier or takes more skill then the other...just seems kind of similar to me.
  7. Granted I have to pop some cooldowns IE adrenal and relic, but alacrity seems to work on everything including getting on your speeder. With 2pc rakata I'm not lacking on crit with stacking alacrity and paralytic stims help out with ammo drains. Come check out my stream in my sig if you want to see it in action.

  10. Split spec works pretty well in pvp I think unless your group already is healer heavy then you need the demo round burst. Key is to have trauma probe and grav rounds and a bonus to having shorter cooldown on your concussive charge.
