Sorry to tell you, you are dealing with some of the worst customer service support.
Minimum 5 day wait to reply, then they are just as likely to say they need certain info, then close the ticket. And you then need to create new ticket and wait another 5 days... utterly woeful and awful. Sad.

with the mastery stim I have 110 point something accuracy.
For mostly pve, is this 'ok'?

Any casting class with too many channeled abilities in the rotation.

The silence speaks volumes, you can see the future of the game just looking at number of servers.
Its a shame as the game has so many fun elements. Hopefully it will keep going another couple years.

Hi, I just used a 60 token to try out a sage as i've already got a maxed shadow.
Quite enjoying the balance spec.
I havent had a super thorough read through of all the abilities, so am wondering if someone can help with optimum rotation/priority.
So far ive been doing this on the dummy,
weaken mind/sever force/force in balance/serenity/throw/vanquish/throw/disturbance (not including stuff like potency etc)
then rinse and repeat. I dont have torrent proc yet, not sure how it would look after that.
But im hoping someone more experienced can advise on the full lvl 70 rotation? many thanks

Yes, he is very nice and helpful and for instance helped me with a major bug regarding my conquest objecitves I got no help at all with from the CS for over a year. I appreaciate this very much until today.
BUT, I'm a straight forward guy and won't put it under the carpet, he could be MUCH more organized. He always seems to be behind his duties and often works via calls from the community instead of using the most basic thing, a damn scheduler, for reoccuring tasks under his responsiblity. That's also true about him. And you can't work like this for a long time without getting fired, in no company I know of. :-)
But how could you possibly know what responsibilities/duties he has, and how much time he has for them?

Well maybe i am super bad, but all I know is, I got my gemini mainhand now and people actually take damage. Now there is solo kill potential where before it just wasn't happening.
If you think it is entirely down to player skill, then thats your opinion and you're entitled to it.
I do hope bioware seriously looks at further leveling the playing field at the end game pvp.
