Sorry to tell you, you are dealing with some of the worst customer service support. Minimum 5 day wait to reply, then they are just as likely to say they need certain info, then close the ticket. And you then need to create new ticket and wait another 5 days... utterly woeful and awful. Sad.

at the moment i got this, 247 with gemini except for bracers. MASTERY 7405 END 8991 POWER 4528 CRIT 1875 ALAC 756 ACC 791 with the mastery stim I have 110 point something accuracy. For mostly pve, is this 'ok'? I mean not min max but generally speaking this will be best for damage?

Game is close to death, economy is last nail, everything cost 50 mil even 200 mil.

The silence speaks volumes, you can see the future of the game just looking at number of servers. Its a shame as the game has so many fun elements. Hopefully it will keep going another couple years.
