  1. I would like to see a place to put all my credits that I make from my primary and my alts. This would be more of a convenience as I wouldn't need to keep logging in and out. - Niles
  2. I've been an avid fan of this game since its release and I've loved it so far. The unfortunate part I see that ruins my experience a lot of times are the restrictions on med packs. The timer I believe should be 30 seconds instead of one minute and there shouldn't be a restriction on how many times you can use the med pack during a combat phase. This in my opinion restricts the player. I fully agree with having a cool down timer on the med packs. That completely makes sense, but the restriction of how many times you can use a med pack doesn't make sense. It creates more of an annoyance than a challenge. There are loads of other suggestions I would like to throw out there, but this is my number one suggestion that I would like to see.
  3. You can't have his stuff because it's all bound to him. Not sure about the logic behind bound items...
  4. I've just got to mention that if it's nothing like how we had housing in SWG, I don't want to be apart of it. The whole reason to have housing is for artistic expression that you can share with others in the game. If other players can't enter your house, then there really isn't any point to this. I still don't think there is a point to this other than to "satisfy" the whiners. They just need to bring Star Wars Galaxies back and forget this game ever existed LOL
  5. As it stands, the planets are flat. Large in size yes, but flat and restricted. Give us some free roam in this game rather than sticking us on rails. I understand that this isn't a sandbox game and probably will never be one, but at the very least make the terrain a bit easier to navigate. Taris for example has some really bad collision detection. Please allows us some freedom in this game.
  6. I finally found the correct thread. I've been complaining about the Cursor and Nameplate matter for months. I've even put in a few tickets about it. Still, they've done nothing to solve a simple problem. It can't be that hard to render the cursor and nameplates in 3D. Should this thread be moved to the features and suggestions forum? Or is this just going to be ignored like everything else. I'm starting to wonder if a new Star Wars MMO is on the horizon, because it seems like Bioware has just given up on this game. Pumping out content and beating a dead horse instead of fixing the current problems they have. Seems like companies just don't care about their products anymore. Maybe the formula for fixing problems is "Bug that crashes game == More content to distract end users."
  7. Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knows if Bioware will come out with updates in the future that will steer away from the feeling of World of Warcraft. I'm mainly talking about gameplay. I don't mind the way it looks because in my opinion the game looks awesome! I have everything turned on high detail and everything maxed, so playing the game isn't a problem to me. I just don't want this game to be grouped into the same genre as World of Warcraft. I understand that it's the first thing trolls come up with when they insult this game. It's a great game and I'm not into the gameplay what so ever, but I do however like the story line this game offers. Therefore I'll most likely stay until the story is over with and then if after all the bugs and glitches are fixed, it still feels like World of Warcraft, I will discontinue my subscription. I played WoW once and never liked it. The only other MMORPG I played was Star Wars Galaxies and to be honest, I miss that game. This is nothing like it, nor did I expect it to be. SWG was more of a sandbox universe and this is the reason I liked it. Unfortunately this game feels bland without the ability to decorate anything. The fact that we're forced to look like everyone else is appalling. I just hope in the future they really do work on more customization. I don't know how long it's going to take though. This game hasn't even been out for a month and people are complaining like I am. Although in this thread I'm merely discussing theories on how the game will change for the future. I really would like to see it progress into an amazing game rather than a Star Wars; World of warcraft theme. Anyway, just want to get your thoughts on this. It would be nice if people didn't flame on this thread, but I'm sure it will happen. Also I've got a question, does this have a suggestion forum? Perhaps it's called something else and I just haven't paid enough attention haha
  8. Alright, I'm sure alot of us are annoyed by the fact that you get hit off your vehicle when you're attempting to get from point A to point B. If anyone here has played Star Wars Galaxies, you should remember when we had our vehicles we were never punished for getting near a mob. I should say this game should stick with that concept since we just want to get from point A to point B the quickest way possible. We shouldn't be interrupted to take down mobs that give us very little Experience. Not sure this is the right place to put this, but I figured most people would agree that Bioware and the developers should definitely have it to where we can be on the path and not become attacked for any reason. Not sure how much that would take away from the feel of an MMO, but it would certainly be a more enjoyable experience if you didn't have that annoying factor in place. PS: Give us some unique stuff! I'm tired of looking like every other person on this game lol
  9. Then it wouldn't be an MMO. It would just be a cinematic game with levels like the original Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Grinding should be considered as standing in one place or looking for mobs instead of following a certain mission for experience points.
  10. Rofl, you guys are serious about grinding? You guys must be doing something wrong. Sitting in one place? Seriously? I'm always on the move. Coruscant I have to pass mob after mob and normally have to kill them to get where I'm going unless someone has already cleared them. Seriously, you guys are rushing through missions and that's why you have to grind. Take your time on missions, do the bonus missions and you won't be stuck grinding your way everywhere. No wonder they had to dumb this game down. I wish they would come out with MMO that required a bit of intelligence and get rid of some of these fools. The only problem I'll deal with is level 16 elites. Even then I can take them down. The leveling system is great if you know how to use it properly. Again, I'm not sure if the OP is being serious or not, but I have yet to find myself grinding anything to get to the next part in the story. Normally I'm above the story line or right at the level for it. You guys should really learn how to play the game properly instead of complaining about something that isn't there lol
