Because they're low life scum sucking pieces of trash that takes a game way to seriously and should probably not be playing it in the first place, obviously their lives are in such disarray that they have take it out on some poor sob for hitting the wrong button or maybe is having lag that they can't control.

I played on the Prophecy of the Five server, is the population still doing fine there?
Are agent/smuggler healers still good?
Do we have Pazaak yet?

As to the OP..... what is your subscription days remaining balance on your account? Just because they billed you a few days early DOES NOT automatically mean they screwed you out of 4 days. So check that first.. then contact customer support.
For example: I use game time cards. I usually apply a new card a week to 10 days before my play time is up. And when I do.. they add exactly 60 days to whatever remaining numbers of subscriber play time I had remaining.
28 days left. It's not counting the days I still had before I was charged.

funny. when I called them I was on hold for 3 minutes. that's less than what i spend with my utility company....
you know? both of you are acting like those people that show up on "customer is not always right" website. and that's all I'm going to say on the matter.

I didn't realize they could put e-mails and support tickets on hold. Nice try though. You got your 15 minutes of attention. Move on.
Um guy, they don't respond to billing problems through support tickets, that something you have to call in for. Anything relating to billing or account security must be done over the phone.

Well after being on hold for 2hrs I pretty much gave up.

do you realize that your subscription is 30 days. not 1 months with billing date being on the same date each month. so you WILL be billed on different days, becasue calendar months are no 30, and this specific month we just had? has 31 days in it, which automatically moves your billing date - up. contract NEVER stated that you would be billed on specific date and ONLY on specific date. even my auto bill contracts from utilities, state that they will bill on whatever, lets say 3rd day from the date on the bill, but they never said that bill will be issued on the same exact date, each and every month.
moreover - aren't you being extremely nitpicky here? I understand when people get billed for something and then don't get the service they were billed for. I understand when people get overbilled. but early billing by a day and you freak out? seriously?
P.S. don't use debit card. don't sign up for auto billing, if you cannot guarantee that you will have money there to cover it in case of shifted billing date - which IS nothing too unusual.
Yes I counted it over and over and it came up 4 days short every time. Not one day, FOUR days. I factored in the 31st of last month as well.
I listed the dates so you yourself can do the math.
And no its not about the money its the principle of the thing and why EA shouldn't be allowed to get away with this.

I was just billed today. The last billing was on the 23rd of December. I still had about 4 days left.
Check your statements people, you might be getting days cut off.

I know people that have gotten to higher tier support, but like any kind of support for most companies, you have to be very persistent to get there.
Well going on a week now. Still nothing.

Each time I've called them and they said I needed to talk to the high tier technical staff they always tell me they aren't available. Is this just some sick joke Bioware likes to play on its paying customers to make them think they care?

Yeah, the database may be updated. But, there are more problems going on with that site, and it feels like the admins are pretty much gone.

Getting this also as is my friend. We both tried being the one queued and had to do a hard log to get out of the queue. Nothing pops but it still keeps flashing even when the group leader who queued gets in the match.

I had a credit farmer who after I had said some rude things to told me to go DIAF and that he would report me for harassment after spamming me to buy gold. Priceless!!!

There is no difference btween a 2700k, 2600k and the other CPU's. I use a 2600k and I get stable FPS with a 780 GTX. Its something not configured right with the game.
