As soon as one side scores in huttball you have several people on the other side quit in disgust. You should pay a penalty when you do this, beyond having to go back to the fleet -- which in many cases is a bonus. You should have to "pay" a certain amount of commendations and or valor to get inside a warzone (waived if you dont have enough) which are reimbursed at the end of the match regardless of whether you win or lost. If you quit in the middle, you lose an amount of valor and or commendations. Make it enough so people don't do this but not too much that it screws over people who just get disconnected every so often. Perhaps worse penalties for repeat offenders like some mechanism where an Electronic Arts deathsquad shows up at the player's home and murders them.

At least you got a reply. A friend of mine ran into a bug in the Sith Inquisitor class quest at the end -- he selected darkside options throughout but at the very end it acted as though he selected light side options. He doesn't want to continue because he wants to you know, see the results of his choices. So he submitted a ticket last Friday, still no reply. They're going to lose a subscriber over that one.

I agree. If this isn't fixed when my game time runs out (3 months) will not renew.
