I don't like the dungeon finder system, I personally prefer some control over my group make up / my group mates. If they put it in, I will likely just group with guildies, I have never had a good experience in a totally random DF group... always someone is AFK, or acting dumb, etc.

Make sure you check the launcher as well as emails, sometimes biowares emails take a while to land.

This will be really, really simple: 1) When you join a group, ask what the group agrees on - need for companions or greed 2) If your companion needs a piece of gear and your group has agreed to greed, ask if no one else needs it would it be OK to roll need. Just like with alt loot in games where you can trade between toons on your account. Your companion should take priority over vendor trashing it, but not before an actual players character with that rule set. 3) When you form a group, set your rules and let those in group know them. If they don't follow the rule (IE: A tank rolls need on healer gear if you've agreed to greed for companions and they didn't ask) kick them. IMO one should always roll greed for a companion - any players actual gear trumps a companion who won't be on instance/raid runs in most circumstances. But as long as you make your groups rules clear to begin with, there shouldn't be an issue whatever you want to do.

Hopefully if they do only four waves today it's at least to test how well the servers do over a night of playing with the amount they have so they can do more waves the other days.

That computer is not very good, especially the GPU. But, what is your FPS? (ctrl+shift+f) ?

Wait would be so much easier if all my TV shows weren't on mid-season break as well... I could have saved them all up for waiting to see when I get in. As is, I only have a couple of episodes of Dexter *pout*

There are all female guilds in every game - main reason being, girls get sick of the guys harassing them whenever they talk in voice chat or mention they are a girl, so make their own guild with no guys in it. Especially the single ones. You wouldn't believe how many times you get hit on just for saying you are female, or speaking with a female voice and requests are kind of lame.

A queue to get your invite would be nice - like when you launch the launcher it puts you in a queue like a server queue, with X people logged in, then as they invite the batches it shows you how far in line you jump based on your date of preorder code redemption. Unknown sucks.

I'm not patient... but... I'm not going to complain about it. I'll just sit here and watch TV shows and read forums and wish I was in.
