  1. how can this possibly make sense to you? Mathematically and physically, balance is an equal amount on either side.
  2. at the time of the movies, the Jedi were not at war. At the time of this game, the Jedi were in a full scale war. Armor would not need to be warn outside of war. Look at the Armor that Obi Wan Kenobi wears during the Clone Wars tv show, looks very similar to that worn by the Guardian on the cover and in the trailers.
  3. just did this with a gunslinger last night. took us about 5 tries.. last time we did it we ran into the room he was in. staying out in the front room leaves you in his AoE cone attack, which gets annoying once the trashmobs spawn. run back into the room he's in while qyzen tanks from the front and you should be able to heal him fast enough to beat the boss.
  4. i bet you would, cuz there isn't an entire thread about this at all.. best answer i can give you right now is buy a helmet, like a trooper helmet or something, and hide that, because the headbands won't remove the hood.
  5. you create an ops group which can have up to 16 players.
  6. you could try using c2n2 as your companion because he can heal, but i'd advise against it. he doesn't do it very well, and is pretty annoying. take your time, try not to draw too many mobs at once in PvE, and let Kira do her thing. you take hte damage and she deals the damage. for flashpoints, and +4 heroics, you need a healer.
  7. that is what's being called "ability delay"
  8. on top of the fact that it's being addressed in the next patch, parry procs riposte, which is a great skill. its off the GCD, so once you proc you can throw it regardless or what you're doing, and when talented properly riposte gives you blade barrier which is more defense. good stuff all around.
  9. what you're describing is EXACTLY what you want to happen. The trick is using your skills and cooldowns to mitigate the damage you're taking. Now at level 13, you don't have nearly the skills you need to do this. I'd say just keep your gear up to par with your level and tough it out until you reach the levels that give you the ability to survive. eta: if you're on flashpoints and such, you should have a healer in the group to be healing you while you tank aggro.
  10. OP, is it possible that you've got a pending quest at the top right corner that you haven't "completed"?
  11. this is gonna sound like a really ****** response, but bear with me... you're gonna be essentially useless in PVP until you get a few more skills, like the AoE taunt, another AoE attack, and your interrupts (kick, stasis, and push).
  12. I was level 26 or 27 by the time i got to him. I think the issue is that people aren't doing enough side quests before advancing, thus not gaining enough xp to level to where it ISN"T a struggle. I had no problems. Kira survived, and i didn't drop below 50%. interrupt his channeled attacks and he's really no problem at all.
  13. why not just buy the grade 3? that's what I did.. makes the space missions a bit easier too.
